What are your hours?
My working hours are Sundays- Wednesday, evening appointments are offered as well.
Where are you located?
All services are virtual, from the comfort of your home. I am currently available for teletherapy only, with plans to open an office around July 2025. Office will be in the northern Colorado (Broomfield, Boulder) area.
Do you accept insurance?
I accept most insurances. A few are:
Aetna
Anthem
Blue Cross and Blue Shield
Carelon Behavioral Health
Claim DOC
Cigna
Decent Health
Denver Health Medical Plan
Quest Behavioral Health
Select Health
Oscar
Oxford (Optum)
United Health
For the first session I will use the billing code 90791 and ongoing appointments use code 90837. You can call and see what your insurance covers using these therapy codes.
What if I don’t have insurance or don’t want to use insurance?
I also offer self-pay at $160 for a 50-minute session. I do not provide super bills for out of network insurances.
What will happen?
In therapy, you can expect a supportive, non-judgmental space where we work together to address the challenges you're facing. During the first few sessions, we’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, your goals, and any concerns you have. This helps me understand your unique needs and allows us to create a treatment plan tailored specifically for you.
I am in crisis, what should I do?
I do not offer crisis services and if you are experiencing a crisis, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room or walk in crisis center.
What is Christian Counseling?
I only incorporate Christian Counseling by request. Christian Counseling is using the Word of God combined with evidenced based counseling techniques to help people move forward and be who God called them to be. This might mean prayer during when appropriate or talking about The Bible in session.
What if I have other beliefs?
I welcome individuals from all walks of life, with all faiths, and backgrounds.
